We provide the kind of services that you would find in more expensive spas, but without the cost! All of our services are for the Full Time Booked. We won't take time out of your treatment to consult with you. If you book an Hour you get a Full Hour! The 7th Heaven Day Spa is a 1000 sq. ft. facility, on the upstairs level of the building and decorated in a peaceful celestial theme. 7th Heaven is conveniently located just outside the Boone town limits at 4457 Hwy. 105 South and is easily accessible to all of the High Country. Here you will find treatments to rival the most expensive spas, but without the cost.

7th Heaven will be closed April 5 through April 6 and April 20 through April 28. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to plan your appointments with this in mind. Thanks.
Michael is the only therapist working at this time, so priority will be given to his established clients and then to others who have need of massage therapy. No couple's or group services are available at this time. When requesting services (by text, email or phone), please state your need and your request will be evaluated. Please give us as much advanced notice as possible and state the date(s) and time of day that you would like to schedule. We give priority to those who are fully vaccinated, those who aren't fully vaccinated may be asked to wear a mask. Only clients with appointments will be allowed in the spa (no walk-ins are allowed), advanced cleaning protocols will continue to be utilized and contact minimized. COVID-19 Protocols
Since the threat of the COVID-19 virus is still a concern, we will be practicing social distancing procedures. The best way for us to operate will be as follows until further notice.
Only the client receiving treatment will be allowed in the spa and we ask that you keep your personal belongings to a minimum. If you arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment time, you may find the door locked. If so, please return to your vehicle and text us your full name and appointment time. You will receive a text back when we are ready for you. If you are not fully vaccinated, we may ask you to wear a mask (one will be provided for you to wear, unless you have your own), all others can mask or not as they wish. You will be asked to wash your hands. We will then proceed to the treatment room for your service. We sincerely appreciate your patience with these new procedures!
We have upgraded our spa to be the most efficient during these difficult times. Everything non essential has been removed from the lobby and rooms. As always, clean linens are used for every client and the rooms, front desk area and bathrooms will be disinfected between each session. . We are requiring clients to wear masks only if they have a respiratory illness or aren't fully vaccinated. All therapists adhere to strict hand washing protocols and follow the CDC's guidelines.
Due to these new changes, updates, cleaning protocols and elevated risk, we will not offer many discounts. We hope everyone understands that we are still offering competitive prices with what we believe are the best services around. We hope you agree. We appreciate the continued support and love you all have sent us during the shutdown.

The owner, Michael D. Picard, is a NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (#335). He has been a professional massage therapist since 1987, has worked in all aspects of the spa industry since 1991, has been a professional member of the AMTA since 1992, and is a current instructor and advisory board member for the CCC & TI’s Therapeutic Massage Program. Michael has a background as a weightlifter and bodybuilder, personal trainer, nutrition consultant and teacher/workshop leader and is trained and certified in many massage techniques including Cayce/Reilly style, Deep Tissue techniques, Prenatal massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Sports massage, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral therapy and Pressure Point therapy. He is also proficient in all spa treatments such as: Body Wraps, Mud Wraps, Salt/Sugar Polishes, Dry Brush Exfoliation and Energy Work.

Services
Swedish Massage: Relaxing and therapeutic. Great for relief of muscle tension and de-stressing. 1 Hour - $70 (each additional ½ Hour - $35)
Sports, Myo-Fascial or Deep Tissue Massage: techniques are used that go deeper to release locked-in patterns, reestablish full range of motion and improve strength and performance. 1 Hour - $80 (each additional ½ Hour - $40)
Aromatherapy Body Massage: a massage enhanced with nature's essential oils, blended specifically for you. 1 Hour - $80 (each additional ½ Hour - $40)
Raindrop Therapy: Nine different essential oils are dropped onto the back and massaged in one after another. The muscles of the back are then relaxed and balanced, pain and inflammation are relieved. The legs are also massaged. Add ½ hr. if you want a full massage. 1 Hour - $85 (each additional ½ Hour - $40)
Pre-Natal Massage: A full body massage with the emphasis on reducing the discomfort and stress of pregnancy. Special pads are used to support the body without pressure being applied to the abdomen. 1 Hour - $75 (each additional ½ Hour - $35)
Foot Reflexology: Much more than a foot massage, this scientific massage technique uses points on the feet that correspond to every part of the body to ease pain, improve functions and ease stress. 1 Hour - $70 (½ hr. added to any 1 hr. service - $35)
Facial Massage: This treatment is great for toning and relaxing the facial muscles and skin. The pressure points used help with headaches, sinus pressure and TMJ problems. 30 min. added to any 1 hr. service - $35
Hot Stone Massage: A full body massage is combined with the penetrating heat of the stones. The stones are used to iron out tight areas in the body and are laid out on the body to restore balance. 1 ½ Hour - $120 (each additional ½ Hour - $40)
Butterfly Massage: A 30 minute Butterfly Wrap (see below) combined with a 60 minute relaxing Swedish Massage for 90 minutes of warm bliss. 1 ½ Hour - $115 (each additional ½ Hour - $35)
"The Butterfly" (Soothing or Detox) Wrap: Natural plant essences and warm wet towels combine to hydrate and soften your skin, ease stress, and soothe your muscles and nerves or stimulate the release of toxins and waste products while you relax, wrapped in a cocoon of peace and comfort. Ends with a 25 minute mini-massage. 1 Hour - $80
